JAKARTA – The Indonesian Fisherman Association (INFISA) has once again demonstrated its commitment to managing human resources (HR) for Indonesian fisheries sailors by successfully facilitating the placement and release (sign on/sign off) of crew on a small scale fishing trawler flying the Irish flag.
This process includes the placement of new crew who have met international qualifications and standards, as well as the repatriation of crew who have completed their contract period. The entire process, from recruitment, document management, to release on the vessel, is handled professionally by INFISA to ensure that everything runs according to applicable procedures and in accordance with the Maritime Work Agreement (PKL).
The General Secretary of INFISA stated, "This is real evidence of the trust given by shipowners in Europe, especially Ireland, to us.

He added that INFISA will continue to be a reliable strategic partner for international fishing companies. "INFISA is always ready to support the human resource needs of Irish shipowners by providing competent, professional, and highly dedicated crew," he concluded.
The success in handling crews on small-scale vessels like this confirms INFISA's ability to serve various types of global fishing fleet needs, while strengthening the position of Indonesian sailors in the international arena.
